User Agreement

This User Agreement, including personal-data processing, applies between you and WLTT Co., Ltd. and complements the Terms of Service. It is drafted in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
1. Data we process
Account data (name, email, company), content you create, and technical data (log, device, cookies) needed to operate the Service.
2. Purpose and legal basis
We process data to provide and improve the Service, for billing, security and legal compliance, on the basis of contract performance, legitimate interest and your consent where required.
3. Cookies
We use necessary cookies (session, language, referral attribution valid for up to 90 days) and, where enabled, analytics cookies. You can control cookies in your browser.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with processors (hosting, payments, email, analytics) under confidentiality obligations, and with authorities where required by law.
5. Your rights
Under the PDPA you may access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data and withdraw consent. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights.
6. Retention and security
We keep data while your account is active and as required by law, and apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
