Public Offer

This document is an official public offer (the “Offer”) by WLTT Co., Ltd. to conclude an agreement for the paid use of the baisanoe Service on the terms below. Payment for a plan constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer.
1. Subject
We grant the Customer the right to use the Service under the selected plan; the Customer pays the corresponding fee.
2. Plans, price and payment
The Service offers four plans: Free, Start (250 ฿/month), Pro (500 ฿/month) and Enterprise (2000 ฿/month). Prices are shown inside the Service in THB (฿) or USD ($).
Paid plans are billed as an auto-renewing monthly subscription. Payment is made by card through a secure third-party payment provider, or using accumulated referral bonuses where allowed. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.
Applicable Thai taxes are added in accordance with law.
3. Referral program
A Customer who invites new clients via a personal referral link earns a bonus equal to 10% of the amount those referred clients pay for the Service during the first 3 months after their registration.
Bonuses are credited to the referrer’s balance and may be used to pay for the Service.
4. Term and refunds
The agreement is effective from the moment of acceptance. Refund conditions follow the plan description and mandatory provisions of Thai consumer law.
5. Final provisions
Matters not covered by this Offer are governed by the Terms of Service and the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
