Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the baisanoe / quotethai.com service (the “Service”) operated by WLTT Co., Ltd., a company registered in the Kingdom of Thailand (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms.
1. The Service
baisanoe is an online platform for creating, translating, sharing and exporting commercial proposals, together with related catalog, template, media and analytics features.
Plans limit the number of active proposals. Active proposals are all proposals except those marked "Sold" or "Rejected"; the latter become inactive and no longer count towards your plan limit.
Product bundles (sets of items sold together) and custom product fields are available on the Enterprise plan.
We may add, change or remove features at any time to improve the Service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful content, spam, infringement of third-party rights, or any activity that harms the Service or other users.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload (products, texts, images, proposals). You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.
You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.
5. Fees and bonuses
The Service offers four plans: Free, Start (250 ฿/month), Pro (500 ฿/month) and Enterprise (2000 ฿/month). Paid plans are billed as an auto-renewing monthly subscription until cancelled.
Payment is made by card through a secure third-party payment provider. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time.
Bonus/referral balances are described inside the Service. Bonuses have no cash value except as credit toward the Service and are non-transferable.
Taxes (including Thai VAT where applicable) may be added to fees.
6. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Thailand.
